Orders must be made by 2pm for Next Day delivery. We are closed on weekends; if you order after 2pm or on a non-working day your order will be shipped the next working day. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. If no one is available your parcel will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail depot and will be available for collection the following day. Alternatively, you can re-arrange delivery via the Royal Mail website.

All orders that contain pre-order items will be shipped as a whole order when the pre-ordered items are ready to be dispatched.

£4.99 - Next Working Day Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for (order before 2pm)

£7.99- Special Delivery - Delivery before 1pm the next day. (This is a guaranteed service delivered by 1pm)
All our tracking and signature services aim to deliver Worldwide within 2-4 working days.
Europe - £7.50 via Hermes - 2-4 Working Days
Everywhere Else - £15.00 via UPS - 2-4 Working days
If you would like to return your items, this is completely possible. You have 14 days to return your order for a full refund or exchange (excluding delivery charge).
At this moment in time, we do not offer free returns. You would have to cover the returns cost.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc. All items must be returned with the tags still attached.
Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a returns note. All returns will be dealt with within a 7 day period, please allow a further 7 working days for refunds to appear back into your account. Please make sure you retain your proof of return.
Remember to keep hold of your receipt to track your parcel.
We recommend that all customers retain a proof of postage receipt and keep this until you have been credited for your returned items.
Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of being received. Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. Please note that exchanges can only be offered for items that are the same item in either a different colour or size. We do not offer exchanges for different items.
*Please note we can only process UK exchanges. All international exchanges will be processed as a refund.
Where credits are issued when orders are returned outside of these return timescales, the credit will have no expiry date.
